A specialised art and trading company with an exceptional inventory of handmade metal sculptures from Zimbabwe is offered for sale.

The sculptures are made from recycled metal and primarily depict African animals. The immediately available inventory comprises approximately 200 artworks, including numerous large-scale and life-size sculptures such as elephants, rhinoceroses, lions, cheetahs, giraffes, horses, crocodiles and various bird species.

The business concept combines distinctive art and garden objects with sustainability and social responsibility. More than 300 sculptures have been purchased from the artists since the company was established, providing economic support for the participating artists and their families. The existing artist and sourcing contacts can be transferred to the purchaser.

In addition to the inventory, the transaction may include an established website, extensive photographic material and associated usage rights, social media accounts, tools and other operational equipment. A truck equipped with a loading crane for transporting and positioning large sculptures is optionally available.

The concept offers development opportunities in retail, wholesale and e-commerce as well as sales to garden centres, landscape designers, hotels, restaurants, wildlife and leisure parks, interior and commercial property designers, and event companies. The rental, exhibition and dealer network activities could also be expanded.

The preferred transaction is the complete acquisition of the company. Alternatively, an asset deal involving the business assets or an acquisition of the sculpture inventory may be considered.

Inventory records, annual financial statements and additional documentation are available. A structured handover, introductory support and access to the existing artist contacts can be provided by agreement. Confidential information will be made available to qualified prospective buyers following an initial discussion and a confidentiality agreement.
