Successor wanted for an appealing beauty salon combined with nail salon, medical pedicure, and permanent hair removal/skin rejuvenation by IPL (Intense Pulsed Light). The size of the studio is 86 square meters. It extends over ground floor (large window) and first floor. It is located in the center of a Bavarian city on a busy shopping street. Good urban traffic links, a number of international hotels nearby.
There are eight fully equipped cabins (2 massage, 2 pedicure, 1 cosmetics including microdermabrasion, 1 permanent hair removal/skin rejuvenation with IPL, 1 nail care, 1 permanent eyelash extensions), a reception desk, a bathroom with toilet, an office/kitchen with washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, computer, printer, fax, telephones.
Optionally you can take over: a certified cosmetician in part-time work, a 400-Euro part-time worker, two masseuses on a commission basis.
