Wellness department with cosmetics studio and massage, sauna is ready and in the company. Restaurant/Bodega/Bar in the Spanish style exists and in the company. Whole Hotelum-/new building requires ready for occupancy capital requirements of 550,000€. I invest 350,000€ or more than owner. A quiet or active participation is possible from 70,000€ to 200,000€. By quiet participation a guaranteed annual interest payment of 6% occurs. The participation is secured in the land register. By active participation a legal form is founded and the investor as a co-operating manager or companion in the area of Hotel, restaurant or wellness is put.
