I have been publishing an Industry-related internet Magazine for 14 Years. The Reports published there are prepared in journalism. A Newsletter reaches working > 20,000 Readers. I employ a Female Employee on a 400 euro basis. Monthly Sales range from 8 To 10 Teuro. The Cost at about 3 Teuro. One Third of the Revenues come from Advertising Space sales and 2/3 from Consulting Services.
I am finishing my 70th Year this Year and I want to retire within the next two Years.
We own an Estate measuring 12,000 sqm; Of these, 3000 sqm is used and built with a residential building and a Commercial Building. About 2500 sqm are fully developed Building Land and the Rest consists of unobstructed arable Land.
I have the following Idea. My Successor is to be incorporated over the next two Years and take over the long-standing Customer Base. After a "Snowreduction Phase" of Approx.
