Specialty store for aquarium (fresh and seawater), pond and koi technology and care. For 45 years at the same site in family property. Sales and exhibition space has grown for about 420 m ². Schauin system with an area of about 100 m ². Almost 200 m ² of heated interior and about 220 m ² of predominantly closed or covered, unheated exhibition area. In the warm area there are 90 aquariums plus several show aquariums, in addition to 38 aquariums for pond fish and 5 laminated coi basins in the adjoining pond fish house. Two show ponds and two pond plant shops complete the living area. All systems are equipped with economical pumps and LED lighting. Aquaristically experienced applicants can look forward to a large customer file and a long-term lease on the best terms. A takeover is possible immediately or in one to two years.
