Food Bistro Store
In January , we opened a trendy Food + Bistro concept store in an excellent location in , Prenzlauer Berg.
The shop has a retail space of about 140 sqm, as well as a kitchen for the bistro area, storage rooms and an office.
About 200,000 euros were invested in the stylish, functional shop construction, and a team of 7-8 employees works shifts.
The product range responds strongly to organic demand due to the demand for bio-orders, the bistro sector is still highly expandable.
After initial difficulties, we have an upward trend and about 55,000 euros per month. Turnover now reaches the profitable range. Nevertheless, there are currently significant liquidity problems arising from accrued liabilities.
We are now looking for an investor or partner who will support us to exploit the undoubtedly great potential of our concept and location and to continue to grow.
