We currently manage about 350 units (WEG, SEV, Rental Management, Commercial) in and the surrounding area. Because our company is a sole proprietorship, a company sale is not really the right expression. Rather, for personal reasons, we are looking for someone who takes over our stock and manages it responsibly. Taking over furniture, IT, etc. partially possible. I'm happy to hear from you.
