For a strategic buyer, we are looking for a company in the field of electrical installation (planning and execution) with the following criteria: -At least 20 employees or € 3 million in sales (cap: 100 MA/€ 12.5 million in sales) -Southern Germany region -Customers: Industry and trade, not exclusively private clients or housing developers -Restructurings conceivable, no hard remediation/insolvencies Important: A separate planning department (no external planning offices.) as well as an independent project or construction site manager. The company has to cover planning and execution in-house. Our client is a solvent German construction service provider and the goal of the acquisition is to expand the range of services (in particular.
