Sports/dietary supplements

Hello everyone. The GmbH for the takeover is active in the field of sports/dietary supplements and sells products such as protein powder, amino acids, boosters, vitamins etc. With these products, the GmbH generated sales of just under €4,000 in , which is not really significant. It must be said that the founder was no longer able to build up the company due to a serious permanent illness and he also ran out of capital. What is left is a warehouse with some dietary supplements that have expired and are therefore no longer usable. The question here, of course, is: Why take over such a company? I have been in contact with the founder for a long time, the purchase agreement is ready so far. I was also on site in Munich to personally convince myself of the products and the founder.
