We are an outpatient care service from the northern Rhineland-Palatinate, which is managed as a GmbH, and intend to expand our company and build it up nationally.

We are looking for outpatient care services in the federal states:
Rhineland-Palatinate, North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse, Lower Saxony, Schleswig-Holstein and Baden-Württemberg for takeover.

In the event of a takeover, the staff, the existing fleet of vehicles, lease agreement of the premises and equipment of the company can be taken over.

Acquisition of PDL and stellv. PDL are welcome.
