We are a small IT system house on the Lower Rhine and maintain complete networks of small and medium-sized enterprises. In order to increase our market presence and share synergies, we prefer to look for smaller companies to take over or succeed them. Our customers come mainly from the commercial sector. This should also be the case in the company to be acquired. Cooperation would also be conceivable with the option of later takeover. The preferred regions for a company purchase or cooperation would be the middle to western Ruhr region as well as the left-right Lower Rhine.
