I am looking for a Partner for a Cooperation or the Start of a Company. This is the Production and Distribution Of a new Food Product (fast Food-like finished product). The Product can be produced and distributed in 3 Varieties. The Market is the Food Retailer such as REWE, EDEKA, KAUFLAND, etc., as well as petrol Stations. Currently, a Production Hall is available as a Rental Property (Cold Rent: €5000). The Investment amounts to approximately €500,000 and this can be financed by Start-up loans. To do this, I need a Partner who has commercial Training or Experience and has €100,000 Of Equity. A Prospective customer who fulfils these Prerequisites and wants to start a Business together with me gets Majority Shareholding in Return. If Necessary, a third Person may also participate.
