I am looking for a partner to start a business. This is the production and distribution of a new food product (fast food-like finished product). The product can be produced and distributed in 3 varieties. The markets are food retailers and petrol stations. A suitable hall for production as a rental property is currently available. The investment amounts to approximately €500,000 and this can be financed by start-up loans from NRW-Bank. The required equity-€100,000-is available. We are looking for a partner who has commercial training/experience with marketing skills. For a prospective buyer (lady or gentleman) who meets these requirements, I offer an active 50% participation.
