I am looking for a partner to start a business.
This is the production and distribution of a new food product (fastfood-like finished product). The product can be produced and distributed in 3 varieties. The markets are the German food retail trade and the petrol stations.
The concept is designed to be ready for the market and provides a suitable hall for production as a rental property. The investment amounts to approximately €500,000 and this can be financed by start-up loans from NRW-Bank. The required equity (£100,000) is available. I am looking for a partner who only has commercial training/experience with marketing knowledge.
For a prospective customer who meets these requirements, I offer an active 50% stake.
