Change tailoring

A successor for a well-run tailoring shop, which is to be handed over at short notice with its inventory for reasons of age. The tailorshop is very central (easy to reach by car and bus, centrally to the University of ) and has existed for 45 years with a large and high-quality customer base. All sewing machines (six in total) and other materials (taft, sewing silk, etc.) are available. There is also a changing room, a large cutting table, telephone and a toilet in the two rooms.
