We are looking for a partner for the establishment of a company. This involves the production and distribution of a new food product in the fast food/menu-like finished product. The product can be produced and distributed in at least 3 varieties. The markets are food retailing and petrol stations. Therefore, the product has great market potential. The concept has been developed to market maturity, and a suitable production hall is already available as a rental property. An investment of €300,000 is still required for the market launch. Equity (€100,000) is available. The project can also be financed by public funding. We are looking for a partner who has commercial training/experience. In return, we offer a share of the company in the amount of one third.
