Since we have been trading successfully with bicycles and pedelecs (e-bikes) Recently we are in a new perfect location, a former quite impressive car dealership directly on a busy main road (13 000 cars/day). Unfortunately, our old site will be demolished.
We are well established in the region and enjoy great popularity. Our rating is 4.7. The new shop has already been named the most beautiful bicycle shop in the region.
Our previous sales figures, in the old rather hidden location, were over 1 million/year in the last 2 years.
At the new location, we expect a significant increase to around 1.8-2 million. All this with a gross yield of about 32% or a factor of 1.84 tendency upwards.
The figures for these figures show us the previous sales figures with a doubling of previous years. business plan, BWA SuSa, etc.
Currently, 2 full-time and 3 part-time employees work for us.
