For personal reasons I have to hand over my shop for dog and cat food, as well as accessories, online trade, advice, seminars, dog walking service and an integrated dog salon to a successor.
My shop is in -Brauweiler, near the well-visited abbey, has a large regular customer base and is also frequented by walking customers.
I offer advice around the four-legged friend and I am unique in the region.
The shop offers customers a large selection of frozen fresh meat, high-quality dry and wet food, as well as all kinds of accessories for dogs and cats and their owners on 210 square meters of salon and shop space.
In the salon we dress, wash and groom all kinds of dogs, which are primarily managed by my employees. An assistant is also available in the sales room, who would like to be taken over if necessary.
There is also no other salon in the neighbourhood, so the owners of dogs from the neighboring places come to us. We also have a large number of regular customers here who also like to drive a few kilometers to have their four-legged friends looked after by us.
The shop has a professional website and is active on Facebook, Instagram, as well as in various networks of veterinarians, veterinary practitioners, animal trainers and consultants around the dog. The online trade is expandable and is waiting for new ideas.
The shop has an associated large garden, has a seminar room, as well as 2 storage rooms, a kitchen, a sanitary area with shower and is rented. The hirer is very nice and kind to the shop. There are 3 parking spaces available that can only be used by customers during shop opening hours.
It is not easy for me to part from my little dream, so I hope to find someone who would like to continue my business with passion.
Of course, I am fully available during a transition and induction period and can also provide advice later if required.
