Bicycle trade

For 7 years we have been successfully trading with bicycles and pedelecs (e-bikes) Recently we are at a new leased perfect location, a former quite impressive car dealership directly on a busy main road (13 000 cars/day). Unfortunately, our old site is being demolished. We are well established in the region and enjoy great popularity. Our rating score is 4.5 The new store has already been named the most beautiful bicycle shop in the region. Our previous sales figures, in the old rather hidden location, were over 1 million/year in each of the last 2 years. At the new location, however, we expect a significant increase to around 1.8-2 million. Since Dec. we have achieved this goal with flying colours and have so far generated €1,034,000 in sales (6 months). (despite. ) All this with a gross yield of about 30% or a factor of 1.73 tendency upwards. Currently 4 full-time and 4 part-time employees work for us.
