For private reasons we sell our very nice apartment building with furnished apartments on a private basis. Close to nature in the countryside with many excursion destinations but still close to the city. Rental income per year about 50TEUR. The rental income can even be higher if all apartments are rented. So far, one of the apartments has been used by ourselves.
