We mediate a start-up in the field of Industry 4.0., Which has trademark and design rights and rights to the specially developed technology (software, system architecture, electrical / mechanical design) for autonomous mobile robots and driverless transport systems. Major customers available, current production capacity: 10 AGVs / year, 5-person team, various awards received for innovative products.
The 'Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR)/Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV)' market has great long-term potential and is currently experiencing its peak time, which, according to forecasts, will last until at least 2027. Due to the change in Industry 4.0 and especially since the beginning of the pandemic, the demand for driverless transport systems has increased significantly.
The startup lacks a sales network in the industry as a young company, which prevents faster growth and the scaling of the projects. Therefore, there is interest in a partnership / merger with a high-turnover company with established sales channels in the industry or in an investment with a silent participation of the investor. Co-founders strongly prefer to stay with the company.
