Cosmetics and foot care

Because of moving (foreign) I am looking for my studio (cosmetics and med. foot care) a new tenant at the middle of the year. The Institute (with 2 parking spaces) is located in the ecofin of a quiet apartment building and is a 10-minute walk from Central Station. The almost 50 sqm are divided into: 2 treatment rooms (1x cosmetics, 1x foot) Sunbed cabin Waiting and sales area Kl. Hallway with cloakroom Bathroom (with shower) kitchen (over the hallway: small chamber with washing machine and dryer) The studio is fully equipped and therefore optimally suited for a direct entry (a seamless transition would certainly be desirable in the interests of customers) A discount is to be paid for the inventory.
