Manifakture and sale of Loden products
I bought a friend's company because he was already over 70 and had no successor. I thought it would be right for my son, but we both won't be very happy with the situation. The company has a lot of potential and has over 25,000 customers. There is a larger plot to it. The goods are produced and stored in an older building and a new extension. From there, shipping takes place directly to the customers. In recent years, there have been balanced results that should certainly have been profits, but since my son started directly from his studies without any experience and I did not take care of the business myself, there were no profits to be recorded. We have invested a lot of money and time in a new merchandise management system and in a new online shop. My son was overwhelmed and the ambition is unfortunately somewhat lacking. Therefore, for 3 years only costs... Now, however, the new system should be in place.
