We are planning the age-related exit of one of our shareholders / owners from our full-service market research institute, which has been introduced for an early years. A 50% stake is for sale.
The wide range of services offered by the institute with methods of qualitative and quantitative market research is used by a broad customer base from different industry segments (mainly FMCG, trade) and public clients. For many years, about 20-30% of the turnover is generated with foreign customers, of which a larger part is with Italy.
The institute has a high qualification in the innovative implementation of classical survey methods in order to work very customer- and research-oriented. The infrastructure of the institute includes a group discussion room and a small CATI studio.
