Relevant experience in gastronomy or leisure industry is an advantage but not absolutely necessary. The processes are largely simplified and digitized and can be easily understood.
The seasonal business has existed for more than 50 years and has a functioning business model with numerous regular customers. The gastronomy consists of a self-service quick-service kiosk.
