I'm selling a well-running copy shop in the affluent community of just outside of Munich. Due to an emigration abroad, I offer the shop founded in 1990 with all machines for copying, printing, plates, scanning, binding, cutting, folding, etc. Of course, if required, training and handover by the two employees can take place on site. We offer our services to both private and corporate customers without being dependent on a major customer. The rented shop covers approx. 250 square meters. 150 square meters of it on the ground floor with wheelchair access for customers. On the ground floor is an approx. 100 sqm office/storage area that can be sublet if required. The current rental contract for the shop and the leasing contract for 3 Canon copiers/printers including the service part runs until mid-2025 and is automatically extended by 2 years without notice from the copy shop operator. The other equipment (see website) is my property.
