Restaurant with full gastronomy in a sought-after location, large gastronomic outdoor area, room rental (6 guest rooms with a view of the navigable river), small jetty, water sports possible, operator's apartment with 31/2 rooms, in western Lower Saxony, for long-term lease. The building will be renovated from autumn 2023 in coordination with the restaurateur. The interior of the restaurant was to be renewed by the new operator independently and at his own expense. A cooperation is sought with the campsite operator. This could be designed in such a way that a market remuneration is paid for the course maintenance, cleaning and other services. The campsite will be extensively repaired by the owner by the end of 2024 and will be largely automated when it reopens. The tenant of the restaurant is free to rent out bicycles, kayaks, etc.
