The master company was founded in 1964 and taken over by the founder's son in 1998. The company's headquarters have been located at its current location since 1973.
For many years, the company has been generating predictable annual sales in the mid-six-digit range. The annual profit is also clearly in the six-digit range. It currently employs seven people.
For reasons of age, the managing partner would like to become more involved in his private life in the future and gradually withdraw from his company. The question of succession has not yet been clarified.
