We own several industrial properties and are looking for joint venture partners who would like to relocate parts of their production. Our production sites are located in South-East Europe directly on the EU border. We ourselves have been active in the target country for over 30 years and have a good network as well as German-speaking staff. Under certain conditions, subsidies are also granted. (e.g. creation of at least 3 jobs)
