Founded: , bibliographically recorded holdings: 20,000 titles, sales value: 250,000 €, stock: 30,000 titles, stable sales up to 25,000/year. Inner vocation takes precedence over the sale price for book stock and real estate (shop 60 sqm, apartment 120 sqm). A rented event room with a lending library, film club and neighbourhood help network in the neighbouring house as well as a book warehouse in the neighbouring village can be taken over.
The property and the antiquarian bookshop are only sold together. A three-month training period on site is expressly desired. In ownership without rental costs, it is possible to live well from and with this cultural project - financially modest, but self-determinedly free.
