Tanning salon

For sale is the last of my 2 tanning salons. The studio is located in beautiful NRW and has been in existence for just over 24 years. The studio is characterized by its long-standing regular customers and attracts customers from everywhere. A very large shop window area offers enough opportunities to put the studio with its benches in the right light. In the studio itself there are 7 benches. These are divided into 1 Light Bench, 2 Medium Benches, 2 Medium Benches, 1 Strong Bench and a Deep Tanner. ( Ergoline, Soltron, Mega Sun) Recently, 3 benches have also received new tubes. For another bench, tubes are already with me and will be changed after the warm weather. The studio has also been renovated, where a new counter, new walls and the cabins have been painted from the inside. Pictures can also be sent on request.
