For reasons of age, I offer an established state-funded music school for sale.
The school currently looks after over 550 students and employs around 40 staff and teachers at 13 different locations. It includes its own premises with concert hall and stage as well as the complete equipment, stage elements and approx. 100 rental instruments (pianos, grand pianos, percussionists, guitars, woodwind and brass instruments as well as bow instruments in all possible sizes, harps, etc.). There is currently cooperation with 13 schools.
Takeover:
Complete takeover including furniture, instruments, VAT exemption and project funding from the Ministry of Science and the Arts. Introduction/handover provided for by initial collaboration.
