Campsite plot
The project site on offer covers an area of around 21,138 m² and is designated as open land with special zoning camping. The current planning draft provides for the construction of 47 pitches for camping and mobile homes as well as 4 chalets.
The offer is to be supplemented by three modern, single-storey functional buildings.
A separate operator accommodation is currently not part of the planning. However, subject to approval by the relevant authorities, it would be conceivable to use one of the chalets as an operator's apartment.
Under certain conditions, it is also possible for the developer to receive public investment subsidies for the construction of the campsite.
In addition, another sub-area of around 14,667 m² is available, which has a special designation for equestrian sports. An indoor riding arena with paddocks and parking spaces could be built here.
