Construction company
We are a general construction company founded in 2024. Currently, our order volume is approx. 3.5 million €. This is to be worked through by the middle of the year.
Since we are very young, we do not receive any pre-financing from the banks for materials and subcontractor services. For this reason, we are looking for someone for a silent participation (a 'normal' participation is also conceivable.
The equity capital is required in the amount of €250,000. A good interest rate is offered for the capital.
Talks about orders are also taking place for the second half of the year. A settlement with 20 houses (EFH, DH, RH) is to be built. The turnover over 1.5 years is approx. 6-8 million €.
