For the establishment of a country house café in an idyllic district of a district town on the Weinstraße (Palatinate) in the district of Bad Dürkheim, we are looking for one or more experienced and committed business partners as co-investors and main operators in the medium term - with a planning and implementation phase of approx. 1.5-3 years.
A suitable property in an attractive location with an existing catering concession is already available.
A concept with café, breakfast and brunch is planned, optionally supplemented by a small regional kitchen as well as overnight accommodation - appropriate guest rooms are available - for hikers, tourists and those seeking relaxation.
Due to the location and size of the property, there is also long-term potential to expand the offer to include other events or event formats.
