My company (gmbh, located in wien, advertising and mutlimedia agency) offers solutions in the area of online communication and provides the entire value chain for the customer.
The focus is on new, innovative communication approaches such as interactive tv-spot kamapgnen in the internet or marketing, online crm or performance based campaigns.
Unfortunately, my company ran dry financially at the beginning of the year, despite the resulting first-time success on the market with a fee of €200,000 and is now looking for partners for the further operation. Unfortunately, the time pressure is very large.
Negotiations with a local competitor and a listed German company (active in the industry throughout Europe) are just before signing on ice after several months of negotiations.
