I am looking for a shareholding or an investor to help me start a business. I will complete my bachelor's degree as a business manager in October and am going to open a fitness studio with a Salad & Cocktail Bar. The suitable object (hall with office building) is available, but I have to strike quickly, as this is currently for sale for 900,000 € (applies until August , then brokerage fees in the amount of 50,000 € are added). With a further (max.) 500,000 € the entire conversion and equipment work is done and it can start. Unfortunately, I myself can only bring in €500,000.
