My Partner and I are looking for small Guesthouse, Bistro or small Hotel in Southern Europe or overseas for Takeover, lease, Pension base or Rental Purchase. Some Equity Is there.
We both come from the Service Industry and have always had to deal with People so far. My Partner in The Field At Jägermeister And I as a trained Industrial Clerk, who has been an independent Entrepreneur in the Service Industry for 14 Years, mainly with Private Clients. We both have gastronomy experience from previous Secondary Activities and would like to fulfill our Dream of having our own Guesthouse or small Restaurant in the South. It would also be Possible to Cooperate with the current tenant partner owner for later Takeover. Since we also have craftsmanship, we ask ourselves to offer everything.
