My Dealership is on Pagenstecherstraße 133, 49090 , the current Tenant (VW + VW NF + AUDIIS service partner) will file For bankruptcy in a few Days. The Land area is about 4,500 sqm. The built-up Area about 2,000 sqm and divided as follows:
Exhibition Hall: About 580 sqm, ET warehouse about 640sqm, Workshop about 950 sqm, Social Rooms about 80 sqm, 6 Offices with about 80 sqm. The location is ideal for a car dealership, as the Pagenstecherstraße is not only "the car parts in , but also the city and the OS Hafen motorway junction are within easy reach.
The Continuation of the Dealership is of course not a Condition, even if a complete Renovation and Room Layout has been carried out according to Proposals of the Construction Consultancy of VW AG (1997-1998).
Also the Lease is not a condition, a Sale of the Property is possible.
I assume that the Property is free from 1.9. at the latest.
The current lease/month is 7.
