I plan in a German-language area in the proximity of a large city a hotel with riding site.
Purpose of this plant is the correction of riders with their horses. The force-free reeducation is located in the center of the happening (duration 6 - 12 months). Always however by active cooperation of the owners of horse.
This is a continuation of the past Monty Robert method (in Germany: One goes to Andrea Kutsch), by the inclusion of the owners of horse for the first time a that practical way.
Hereby this way offers a durable solution to each owner of horse.
I look for the capital for:
- a IV stars hotel (maximally 6 Suiten/apartment)
- 30 x 60 indoor riding arena equipped with solar plant
and heating
- Stars horse stable (with approx. 10 horse boxes)
- External places (Dressur + jumping)
- 8 - 10 hectars pastureland at the plant
Planned capital requirement approx. € 2.5 millions - € 3.0 millions
